Story currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, China, UK and USA only. 

Please refer to your local government website for further information on the duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order. Please note, the final order amount does not include duties and taxes and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48-hours for shipments to be dispatched.

In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund back to your original payment method.

 

DELIVERY TIME AND COST


Australia & New Zealand
Story offers delivery Australia wide using Australia Post for a flat fee of AUD$8.95 for regular post. Orders will usually arrive within 7-15 working days from purchase. For express post options Story charges AUD$11.95 and up to 4 working days for delivery times during COVID.

China, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom & United States of America
Story ships with International Australia Post to China, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom & United States of America for a flat fee of AUD$35. Orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks from dispatch date.
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping e-mail with tracking details for the parcel.

Please note there is no insurance on items purchased from the Story website. If you wish to insure your purchased item, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details.
