Refunds + Exchanges

All full priced items that are unworn and in their original condition can be mailed to:

If you are sending your unworn items to our Return orders address, please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.  

Australian customers: returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.

International customers: returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order.

Story does not offer refunds on sale items, unless the item is faulty.  We do offer the ability to exchange within 14 days by contacting us and returning the item in original condition via post.

Returning intimates and jewellery

We recommend that you choose carefully a we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear, face masks, earrings, swimwear, cosmetics or bathroom products, unless the items are faulty.
